Northern Flights Appalachian Moonshine (Shine).  Shine is our very first chesapeake bay retriever. 

We found her through Butch Goodwin who owns Northern Flights Kennels out of Idaho. 

She is the beginning of what we have made a wonderful breeding experience.  

Sadly in March 2010 we said good bye to our wonderful dog "Shine".  She would have been 11 years old in August 2010.  This wonderful dog came to us from Butch Goodwin and she is one of the best things that could have happened to our family.  Because of her we have a wonderful breeding program and there are very many happy gun dog owners all over the United States.  We love you shine.  You will be remembered always!
